I did see in the Rules they are not allowed, But I've seen a couple people using them in their runs, so i want to make sure incase i submit a run so it wouldn't get rejected

I've went into properties and switched the game to Japenese and i did in game but the game still shows the same gore and certain things in cutscenes.
