Just got 29.6 with definitely room for at least 2-3 seconds of improvement. Use your special for the first jump to save a dash, take the topmost route, double dashing to the hanging chain. Wait for dash to come back then dash directly through the shrine to land on the second platform and climb chains. You can skip the thin column climb with a well-timed dash, then dash once to get into the pit with the goat's hoof and again to get to last lava gap. Once last dash is up a good angle will send you flying over the top, drop before the last platform.

Edit: 29.3, using special to jump last lava gap, then special-dash to go a bit further. Moving on for now.
