Hey!

Its best to have the purple (armageddon) sword with full durability, lightning shield, shield throw, magic bolt, mask of sorrows, full HP, a lot of silver keys, and stuff you are comfortable with.

some other useful ones can be golden shield, extended sword and mighty throw just from the top of my head.

Below is my setup (it has doomstrike that was used for the final boss but we use a different strategy now so you can replace that one and the blacksmith is not needed either)

I use pcsx2 with OBS and it works fine for me and as far as I know, other runners use pcsx2 too
