You can continue as you don't stop the timer (if you have). Time in this category is the real one so don't worry about crashes. Of course you can always reset your run if you feel there are a lot of crashes in it.

Yes but in 9000 points category you can skip the invitations (which in any% you cant skip them)

For any% you need gold on every events, for Festival % is enough to unlock the 8th rank

You can put this ghosts in this directory: PSP/SAVEDATA --> Make sure to connect your PSP with a HDMI cable to a Computer

If you open the PARAM.SFO you can see the track, time and the player who got the time

The license category was only an idea when I added all the catergories: basically you must complete every licenses after you unlock every races (normal and expert mode). If you use a code to unlock all races it's ok.
