yeah, but since the game has a built in Full game time trial mode, we're using that. Also IGT tends to be the most accurate in general

Yes, in google snake the board size was quite different between devices so we decided to not allow said runs. Now for minesweeper we'll have to experiment a bit more, because straight up banning a whole platform doesnt seem like a good idea

Also when you pick between android and web you're picking between these two

So I can't rename android to lets say mobile app

because the platform thing is by default on speedrun.com and I can't make a subcategory out of it, so I have to make a different variable in order to make it into a subcategory. The platform thing just defines what will be next to your time on the leaderboard:

So i tried to work around it by using different naming so we now have "version" and "Platform"

Ok I've revamped the leaderboard so now it's split into: difficulty, platform and control type.

So now it's a lot clearer which run goes where

While I agree with both statements we can definitely improve the presentation, so I'm going to work on that.

New change to the leaderboards: Using older versions of the game is now forbidden since they were only used for getting free world records, using the fast semi-solid jumps which were patched for current versions of the game

The problem with that is that the run would just be: -die on the first throw -press the replay button -(repeat 100 times)

So not much skill or difference between runs to make it actually interesting

So i made this monstrocity...

This footage is in regular game speed, I actually played it on a slower speed and then sped it back up to regular game speed. This looks sped up but it's the "normal" speed of the game, with perfect inputs

I will be archiving all of the runs in the "Smaller categories" category , along side the category itself since it is quite pointless, especially with the lack of a level select. I mostly added those to have a place for a "King" to "superhero" run i did and didn't know where else to put.

Any further runs submitted to the smaller categories will be rejected

https://www.speedrun.com/adventure_llama , https://www.speedrun.com/astros_galaxy and https://www.speedrun.com/nono_islands all need the "mobile" tag added to them

Not currently, this game doesn't get enough submissions for me to need help dealing with them
