The dev are hosting a competition on their discord

To keep ourselves entertained while testing the game me and Bennett have started doing races, so we thought it might be fun to have a little competition. The person who posts a video of the following with the lowest time by end of day Friday next week will get a free Devolver game:

start a new game,

eat the apple,

stand on top of the shoe sellers tent (both feet planted on it),

kick the cans on the ferris wheel,

kick over one other set of cans,

get to the campfire wearing the propeller hat

Time Starts when the opening cutscene starts and ends when the campfire cutscene starts. You can complete the list in any order. My time was 11:01, Bennett rage quit when his propeller hat fell down a muddy slope. Please post submissions to ⁠🐇-racecourse-vids

The dev want the time to start when you press start for the competition they are hosting, shouldnt it be the same for this?

I wait 4-5 sec at the start to get a better moving platform pattern

why do we still have the option to submit split.io link if the website is shutting down in 1 months, and what will happen to the run who already have a split.io link once its shutdown

the top grab are clearly a glitch as they don't work on 144fps and give you more height the less fps you have, category should be called no major glitch and real glitchless would disallow top grab

In the end, its kinda funny that you havent logged in in more than a years, while i was always there each month even if im not in the community

its basicly getting the light and dark ending as fast as possible. doesnt require getting the coins or all paths, just both ending

Since there is an achievement for getting the dark and white ending under 4 hour, i though this could be a category. i know a few acquaintance who have done the achievement although im not sure if they would post it here but still a good idea imo

wait so does this mean that if i get a time of 2m on super mario bros frhd, but i was spacebarring and the recording of me spacebarring is like 10m long, does it count as 2 or 10 minutes

On the current leaderboard 10 minute, but with the change currently beeing made, it would be 2 minute but in the spacebar category

--My first concern with this is that a regular moderator can't add people to the modding team. I have requested the super moderator role from the support since kazan is inactive and we will see how it goes.-- This was fast this concern is fixed

My second concern is linked to what people have to do when requesting an src game. "A minimum effort requirement is reasonable. It is recommended to at a minimum accept a first playthrough done in one sitting with an intention of playing the category quickly."

At the moment only you Volund would qualify for it since you have an rta run and a few il run while the other don't. The other aren't even active on src, last online 22 january. Moderator are required to verify a run into a 21 day period which would be over today conveniently.

My last concern would be about your plan, i would gladly help revive the page but all i see is "i have a plan" with nothing to go on so i can't really help if i don't know how to.

i have absolutly no idea how to add it to the xml tbh so i would mind if you want to do it.

unfortunatly i already have asked the community on discord since this happened in the past and run on slow motion will not be accepted. if you think its tied to your hz, you could go into display setting, advanced display setting and choosing a lower hz when oyu want to play love.

I think we should just leave it like that, it will be easier for you to moderate and easier for newer player to get into. Plus i don't think the dev will update the game unfortunatly. I send them a twitter pm about a game breaking bug that can let you finish a level in more or less 30 sec but i got no answer
