Hello from the future, but you can off set the frames with flips as they aren't divisible by 3, meaning on the correct level you can get increments of 0.01, For example there is a winter void I was hunting where I got a 16.91 and a 16.90, unfortunately I had to delete the video because of memory but it is possible.
