Wii Mini are the red and black Wii consoles that don't have any GC controller/memory card slots. Anything ending with VC just means Virtual Console, so those are typically retro games on those consoles to play like Super Mario 64 on the Wii Virtual Console. The BC ones I honestly have never seen.
