The time starts on the very first frame you move. So if water is pushing you, the timer will have started.

You don't need to accurately time the run, we will do that for you. Just make sure you have a video of your run, and submit the run time as just an estimate.

Eh, I feel twice the categories is a bit excessive considering the fact I get one submission a month.

VR is allowed, but you should submit it based on the version being played. So if you're doing VR of the Windows 10 edition, submit to PC, etc.

As for looking though walls, thats a glitch, and you can use it for glitched runs as long as it actually provides you with some sort of advantage.

% means a numerical value. 100% is a number, Any% signifies any number. Softlock% isnt a number, unless you want to call it 5.294% or something.

If it does not affect gameplay or give you some sort of advantage, then the texture packs should be fine. Just specify the fact you're using one in the run description or something. As for a timer, it's not required.
