In DF Randomizer it's possible to work out the locations of the portals just from looking at the seed using my spreadsheet below so it's a good idea to have the spreadsheet open while doing the run, so you won't have to guess where the portals are or search everywhere for them. The 1st digit of the seed controls Portal 1 and 7's locations, the 2nd controls Portal 2 and 8, the 3rd controls Portal 3 and 9, the 4th controls Portal 4 and 10, the 5th only controls Portal 5 and the 6th digit controls Portal 6.

Sorry if it's a little vague or unclear about the exact locations, I tried to describe every location with a short name so the whole spreadsheet can easily fit in a screen without scrolling and so I use a bunch of abbreviations there too.
