Brand new to speedrunning this game, desperately need help.

I just started speedrunning this game yesterday and would really like to do either the genocide or true pacifist run. This is the 1st game I have ever attempted to speedrun although I have been very interested in speedrunning for about a year now. I know this might be asking too much but do you think someone could help develop a route for me and just basically overall help me with speedrunning this game! Thank you guys so much.
