Avoiding Weapons

The rules say you must not pick up a weapon at all during the run

Revolver

Simple use KB to break window above first room

Shotgun

This can be tricky

Doing the 0-3 SM encounter 1 will have the shotgun drop in that arena removing the risk of picking it up in the final room, parries can be useful to do ranged attacks

Nailgun

Avoid it in 1-1 overall simple

Railcannon

This is required to open a door however from the walkway with the 3 soldiers it is possible to go around and load the final room using the door in 2-2

Rocket Launcher

Again required to progress but Hakita added a button that can be broken to flip the ship without picking up the rocket launcher, to activate use the explosion from the KB near the top right corner of the room
