First off, download the actual file. Then, navigate to where you have Flashpoint located (usually in your Downloads folder), then navigate to Legacy\htdocs\content\downloads.bbc.co.uk\cbbc\sja-academy\thinkbeforeyousonic within that folder, and replace the config.xml file in there with the one you just downloaded

This file will let you unlock the bonus level after just pressing the open button
