Both are good choices to run on. Ziro_the_hiro would probably know which is best.

PC is the best by a long shot, it's just that some skips are harder than on console. However it would still be worth being on PC and not doing the skips over Being on something else and doing easier skips.

The 3DS version is a different game that is going to get a different leaderboard
