Level 2 is not winable without defeating the Nubians, so a quick attack is the best choice. After 30 min my economy and army was ready to cross the borders, lure the enemy on home soil and strike back successfully. 37m are a decent time for this Level even if its not very complicated to win but you can do some dump mistakes to mess it up.
