Is it possible to add a 100% category?

What could be good rules? All leaves (47 per level), both extra hearts, definitely. What about presents?

I can see a 100% category, but I don't like having an empty leaderboard. So my general consensus is, if there is a run, I will add the board :) So feel free to do a run, and then I'll add the leaderboard!
