I saw mokmoon's run (which destroyed my wr by about 40 seconds) and I noticed that he got a much faster door than me. How is this possible?

It's completely random when the loading screen shows up. Pretty annoying actually.

Also, I have a 1:14.200 as a best segment so he beat me by 2 seconds :/

I always get bad rng with the door so I'm never holding the record again I guess

C3 and Finale is still open, you can hold a record there for a while.

Prince Noob has no RNG. Surely he has RNG based patterns, and the time the platforms in Room 1 dissapear is also RNG, but other then that there's none.

You don't have to walk in C3, except for when you grab the car and when you enter the castle. And if you get on the seat of the car right after collecting Princess Noob's hat (I'm pretty consistent at it now).
