Practice/route updates: My best champion rank practice run is now under 5h 30min with 15 mission(14 models+1 hitchhiker) and not owning 3 Ferrari or 3 Aston Martin. I've routed the first 3,5 hours. Grinding part is now only 4 minutes (maybe 11 times is enough). I couldn't get past 400 miles with this run so last thing I had to do was just drive like 10-20 miles to get that 30p for Champion rank promotion.

NOTE: 60 Gold Cups is a must because there's no faster way to get enough points to reach Champion rank.

Clothes: +10p = buy 10 Ben Sherman cloth items (need 10 coupons) +10p = buy 10 ¤ecko unltd cloth items (need 10 coupons)

NOTE: 3-5 Top-Model missions is the fastest way to get 20 coupons.

Cars: +15p = own 2 cars +20p = own 4 cars +25p = own 10 cars +30p = own 20 cars ...+more Cars need to be different. Ford Mustangs(coupe/convetible) tuned into Saleen S281 are (at least 4 cars, mustang coupe+saleen coupe+mustang convertible+saleen speedster, for cost 130k total) counted as different as is Nissan 350Z and Nissan 350Z Nismo S-Tune is also two different cars, but this has to be testes properly. You can sell the cars and houses you don't need after getting the points you want.

NOTE: getting 30 cars more for +30p not worth the time, and money grind needed to do this.

Car Collector: +20p = buy 3 different Ferrari +20p = buy 3 different Lamborghini +15p = buy 3 different Aston Martin +15p = buy 3 different Mercedes Benz +10p = buy 3 different Ford +10p = buy 3 different Chevrolet

You need to own all three cars at the same time to receive the points. I think buying Ferrari or Lamborghini cars is needed for that extra 5 points to reach Champion rank(450p) faster (Lamborghini is always better choice because they are cheaper combined and specially if you buy Miura for G-group races). Sell the cars after receiving the points unless u need to have them for own 20 cars points. U could still sell most valuable cars for half price(go to house and Trade-menu) and with that money buy 2 cheaper cars towards that "own 10/20 different cars"-achievement points.

Bike Collector: +10p = buy 3 bikes

Not sure if they need to be different. Need 1 mB-class and 1 mA-class bike to do three bike gold cup challenges. You should sell the bikes after receiving points or after the three races are done (selling them gives also room for possible own 20 cars achievement). Need to visit all the car showrooms to unlock the bikes.

Tuner: +10p = tune 1 car (or bike?)

Houses: +20p = own 2 houses

Need like 3x4garage +1x8garage houses (cost 150k+150k+309k+ 153->159k= max 768k) to hold 20 cars for the "own 20 different cars" points (or 150k+150k+153k= 453k cost for "own 10 cars" points) You can sell the bikes away when there's no need for them anymore to make room for the cars.. ...+more
