Hopefully this is an acceptable format. Hit the record after quick lap but also after menu. I got to menu hoping it would record the last 30 seconds but because I had just recorded, it only recorded 8 seconds of the 2nd video showing menu screen. So I said screw it and recorded/uploaded from my phone to include both parts.
