Come take a look at the discord. Rules are still being discussed and people have started making strats. So come and share your opinions and ideas.

There's a lot of discussion of what will actually have to be completed in order to complete the run. As of right now the only thing set in stone is that we will have to complete the game and collect/find everything that appears on the level select screen. There is still a bit of debate about whether the category should include achievements or not.
