The gist of the route is that coins are carefully measured throughout the first 6 worlds to skip enough levels to reach world 7. Once there, the route farms coins on Bomb Shaker Baby and skips amost everything until reaching the world 10 casino, which in turn farms enough coins to skip to Terminal Velocity.
