Splits for 100% Icy Island on version 0.5.0/0.5.1. Consider that some levels are possible to 100% in one segment, completing all collectibles and the target time together. Some levels, remarked with "any%" require their TT being broken first. Some single segments are harder than others. If you fail to get the TT while doing the collectibles, simply don't split and redo the level for the TT.
