Hello, I'm PowerBread, a "speedrunner" for this game. I'm active, and aside from nnmn (who also applied for mod), I have the most records. I can understand your denial since I am new and haven't proven myself yet, but I would like some feedback, thanks.
Having most records doesn't make someone eligible by itself, the dedication you're able to give to the page alongside with the knowledge of the game makes for it imo. Having a lot of records can be a proof of dedication, but if that many of your records got beaten fast, it's because they weren't optimised enough. Especially level 2 and 3 in this case, I can tell that level 1 requires more work to get a record on it.
Though I've heard yours and nnmn's intention to be mods, we will think about it. I'm not sure we need mods right now, but if we do, we'll remember your applications.
