This is a fairly simple speedrun therefore i'm not going to go in-depth. It's fairly short therefore I suggest just booting up the game and trying it out. You will soon realize that most of it is just smashing spacebar and hoping for good RNG. However, to beat the world record a couple tricks are required. I will leave out parts of the tutorial that are obvious to not make this too long. I would also suggest watching wr run.

BASIC SNIPER PLAY When you're asked to move your camera you have to hold D to move all the way to the side of the venue. -Nametag Nametag usually spawns on the character that is facing away from you therefore for the fastest time the strat is to shoot such AI and hope you're correct. I usually reset after 2-3 wrong shots. Safe strat while learning the run is to shoot the AI that's closest to you. This makes everyone in the party turn around and face the person that just got shot making it easy to spot the nametag.

Skipping swap and flirt sections during "sniping missions" It's a fairly easy skip - all you need to do is to spam the spacebar after shooting the spy (General and later Sari). I don't know the exact timing of when you should stop spamming but it's before the next replay starts, otherwise if you continuously spam it the next replay might get stuck ending the run. I suggest practicing it by loading up the "sniping missions" section.

SNIPER PRACTICE GAME As far as I know there are 20 replays in total so memorizing them all shouldn't be too difficult. However, that's not what I do. I wrote down all the ambassadors in the replays and the corresponding spies and during the run I quickly glance at the list. Here's the list I use:

Irish - Sari, Oprah, Rocker, Duke. Morgan - Pearls, Bling twin. Taft - Morgan, Wheels. Boots - Morgan, Smallman. Plain twin - Bond, Salmon. Bling twin - General, Taft. Pearls - Bond, Sikh. Sari - Boots. Cowboy - Smallman. General - Mom. Smallman - Morgan.
