I've tried for so long, but I just cannot do the first jump in Luncheon to get the Piled on Salt moon. I've tried the backflip, ground pound jump, and tripe jump ways that I've seen people do and I'm trying to time every cap throw at the peak of Mario's height, but I almost always end up bonking having no idea what I did wrong.

Wall kick?

I think my problem is that I'm not aiming the first cap throw properly and can't reach peak height for the wall kick to have me get to the top .

TJ is easiest, TJ slightly away from wall, at the peak of jump tap x/y to throw cappy at the wall to gain slight extra height, WK then capthrow over wall and dive. You can look it up on many peoples runs.

I was starting to do that, but I wasn't sure if I kept doing something wrong or if I just hadn't tried it enough.
