True, timers only go to the hundredths place in the Mario galaxy games, so the thousandths aren't needed unless the milliseconds happen to be equal digits.

@Pottoww, instead of rejecting his run, you can instead retime his run to 1:13.98 on Dark Octo-Army Romp for his previous run. Make sure to add "Mod note: retimed to 1:13.98".

@Ringo6575 that wasn't the issue. The issue was that he entered a time that is impossible due to the limits of the timer in SMG2. The only way he could have gotten that time was by fabricating it
