Ok, so if you do the calculations 21/60.098813897441, then you get 0.34942453333. The 4 wouldn't round to a ten, it would round to a zero, if it rounded to a ten I could see us also roudning the nine up, but since we show 3 digits of the decimal, we should have it be 459.529 if is exactly 21 frames faster than the previous WR.
Does it actually matter? Anyone having a little bit of knowledge in NES hardware knows that a millisecond doesn't really matter.
it matters in a game like this where every frame counts
@Xein64 Frame ≠ millisecond. This proposal is not a retime, it's only for aesthetics.
Just to make sure its correct
@Crixus (acoording to yur profile pic) You have a son who likes batman. Why don't you worry more about that batman-loving kid of yours and let us worry about what we want you. Hes just letting everybody know about the issue. Plus the "Life Sucks, though" is just a joke. If you care about getting a life, then why are you putting attempts into speedruns. Prob pushed the reset button at least 200 times, Trying to get those pretty good (not joking) times of yours. Im gonna try to start a flame war, i just wanna prevent it by this message. Why would this little thread cause a argument. He's just pointing out the error
No need to bring the ad hominem argumentation. It's not a battle of whose life is better, it's a discussion about one millisecond. If it's that important, maybe a mod might change it; though it's not a really big deal, as Crixus underlined.
Guys, seriously enough. If you really think this is as big of a deal as it is, then bring it up with the mods.
Effective immediately, any submissions using the SNES9x emulator will not be verified. The SMB1 mod team has concerns about its integrity due to its ability to overclock and remove lag frames, which may not be easily detectable. Additionally, we request that all BizHawk submissions avoid using the S
