@SpeedIn but why does it matter what he put in? He put in a good idea, so it was added. This idea could be done with any level based on another. There are 18 levels based off of another, 2-4 just happens to be the first duplicate.

because it's just Any% plus a few ILs. With 3D Land%, you are prevented from using things because that's how 3D Land was played.
