YOSUMIN and I sometimes exchange ideas on how to get better times and we discover new shortcuts etc. Now I wanted to share some of the stuff we, but mainly he, have found out:

Preferred Playstyle: This one is pretty clear actually, the best character for fast runs is Wife-San, as she is way faster and jumps higher than regular Slime-San. One could say that her greater mass makes it harder to react when falling down a cliff, but that depends on player skill. The only problem with her is, when bouncing off of something she doesn't gain as much height as her husband, so there are like 5 levels where it would definitely be smarter to choose Slime-San. Crazy-San can be helpful in Autoscroll-Levels, but with a bit of practice Wife-San can beat his times. (Sorry Jonus, Kawaii-San is rather low-tier :P)

Planning: Before you can achieve a really good time, you have to plan it out. This can be quiet annoying, especially if you are alone, since a group can think of more shortcuts than one person - I know what I'm talking about. As you can see in this small Imgur-Album: http://bit.ly/slimetips, YOSUMIN and I were trying to think of a faster route than the pink one, which we normally used. After some testing, we found out that the red route is much faster, doesn't need as much luck as the pink route and is less awkward in general, so we decided to use it. With a bit of optimization we finally got times below 12 seconds and are currently trying to get below 11 seconds. We actually had to plan, before we could successfully optimize our runs.

General Tips: These are things everyone who desires to get all Trophies should do; First of all, always reset if you were too slow. Don't just keep on playing, if you really want that trophy, not resetting would just be a waste of time. Secondly, don't focus on apples. Either collect the apples before or after the trophy run or don't mind them at all. They may look delicious, but don't get too distracted. Last, but not least; Be smart. This sounds weird, but I'm serious. Some people tend to forget that they can use their precious dash ability or do superjumps and instead they do slower routes or methods to get to their goal. Use your brainz and don't underestimate this little slime's capabilities.

YOSUMIN is probably a better player than me, so he could most likely tell you more about getting good times.

Anyway, try to use these tips, if you somewhat struggle to get a trophy time, maybe they can help you a bit. Although at the end of the day, practice is the best teacher.
