yes it is the main things you can't do in no skips is jump the boarder in level 3 but this seems fine.

Besides having the blocks push the players hammer through the rope like in that run is technically not allowed but he could have just let go of left click and since he is also mod I really hope he would not upload an illegal run.

Either way this is a very poor and questionable run that I hope will be beaten soon.
