I've been thinking about running this game but I only own a copy of this game as part of the 30th anniversary collection and in the platform selection part of submitting a run there is no Xbox One option so I was wondering if runs from the collection are permitted and if so, what platform do I select and if i'm supposed to mark it as an emulator?

Just pick "Arcade."
