So If you start the game from zero, you can only choose between Normal and Fast Speed mode, with no double jumps.

If you complete the game with all bonuses (100%) you can actually choose Normal, Fast or Insane Speed mode With double jumps.

I think there should be different categories for those 2 options (Clean Game, NG+), like Sub-Categories. It's like crash bandicoot where you can get an NG+ file and play the game any% or 100% with all the power-ups (running shoes etc...) so why not.

elaborating on dha, i have done a fast skater no double jump run (file was treated as if clean) And the difficulty is still there. I believe that runner% (Clean File) and skater% (Clean File) should be put in the miscellaneous category. Clean File doesn't mean that the file has to be clean, it just needs to be treated as such. Clean file runs use very different tricks than complete file runs, so i think they deserve a spot in the miscellaneous category.
