All Known Skips for Any%

Moshpit: Pause and hit "End Level" as soon as you load into the level, and the next level opens up
Thunder Theater: Pause and end level after skipping the cutscene and getting the ability
Umbrella City: similar to Moshpit, you can instantly quit out of the level to skip it and open up the next one
Office Skip: Finish Episode 1 and then quit out when the objective appears as finished. Next levels open up.
Cloud Paint: You get the idea by now, pause and end level instantly
Snow Theater: End level after skipping cutscene and dialogue
Stop the Hikers: Pause and end level instantly to skip it
Tornado Theater: pause and end level after skipping cutscene and dialogue.
At the Grocer: Pause, end level. You get the idea by now, right?
Tinseltown: you know what to do. pause and end level to skip it
And that is all of the known skips! Office skip has the most time save, but these are all super simple and save a LOT of time. Hopefully this will help some new runners!
