i'm pretty sure it's extreme high round because 1. it's harder then normal endless 2. it takes SO MUCH TIME to get a good round number 3. no one wants to run it (for good reason)

it's not the hardest to run because

1. checkpoint makes it the same difficulty as original

2. yes but that goes for regular endless too

3. because it's the same as original w/ the current meta
