So as I am posting this I have the wr in the mobile medium category but it is with sims, before this I did a run that was a wr that had no sims so I was wondering if I would have to re-upload that old run

I dont think sim games are going to get split. Simulating isnt allowed (in the game rules). And even if it did, you would have to upload your no sim run to the no sim category.
