How much time for a speedrun to be accepted ? I did send one 13 hours ago

There's a lot of runs being submitted, it takes some time but it will be verified.

There are only so many of us; and we have lives and jobs, I for instance have only just gotten back from work, and on a busy day like this I'm checking the forums eating then sleeping.

It'll get accepted, well or rejected. But patience is a virtue some people wait a lot longer than 13 hours

Oh well I was thinking that you can verify runs with a auto-program ^^ Obviously if you have to do it manually it takes lot of time... Thx for the answer

Hi guys, This post might be usefull to gain about 3 hours of verifying my speedruns... Actually I did submit 3 Speedruns in 4 days I think, and everytime with a better IGT so I'm here to tell you that you can cancel my 2 first speedruns to replace it with the one I did submit just few min before this post =) Have a nice day speedrunners.

@UKViixen Yeah sure, but first of all I would be glad to see my name appear in the leaderboard (This is why I speedrun btw) and I got 1:39:33 yesterday. My first run was 1:42:53 so I think there is much more than 10sec pb =) Also I play with a PS4 controller which is much slower for movements and items check so it's a challenge for me to get a better rank without playing with a mouse...

Elixir95 why dont you play with keyboard and mouse if you are playing on pc ?

@ s1a1n1d1i Honestly... I usually play on PS4, then I started Rocket League on PC with PS4 controller so I can use it better ^^ . Obviously I tried to run with Keyboard and Mouse, but I think I will take so much time to optimize it xD

Uh..... I wonder how the speedrun of bpm (100% NG+) could be verified when I see between 30:00 and 30:10 that he forgot one file in this room. Weird because he still doesn't pick it when he returns in the house before Lucas game and at the end it's written 32/32 files Maybe I missed something ?

That's not a file.

Files aren't usually the ones fixed to walls, the one he ran past was just a wall article. Theres literally no way to trick the file counter unless you cheat and well, im sure he wouldve done something more inventive than skip one he couldve picked up when he walked past.

You can find a lot of file guides online, or just literally run through the game and every time you read something see if it adds to your file counter in the stats menu.

Elixir95 i think is better for you to optimize you run and in a week and submit your best run on that week. If you want a better time you have to use mouse and keyboard the controller is slower. I use controller on my first runs to memorize the maps and when i was ready i go to mouse and kb and the difference was insane man. Not by seconds by minutes.

Hello, I was wondering if we have to do something more than submiting runs to be verified "fast" ? Because a friend did send a run yesterday and it's already verified, and I did post one monday, we'll be friday and still nothing... I don't even know then if you received the submit :-/

I'll say this because it depends on category, yours is new game, most probably his was NG+? This means we have to check through all of your run to see if you definitely didn't do anything outside of NG, and if yours is like high up in the leaderboards were more strenuous with checking it. NG+ runs have a lot more leeway to be skimmed through, if I had the time I'd look through it now but I'll see what I can do as soon as I can; aside from that patience is all I can ask for since your category and leaderboard place does affect times. Knife runs and 100% take even longer to check.

There's nothing we can really do to speed it up, it depends on mods availability and time, all runs have to be checked and I myself have been out of action since I've had a very busy work week and I also only have mobile data and no internet until next week

For whatever reason your submissions keep coming up private on a lot of them:

For some of them we're basically waiting for them to be made non-private but when they're aren't we just have to reject them to notify you.
