what´s the diferences between knife only heavy, and knife only arrange/hard?

Sorry, im seen a video of Dudley playing re3 in arrange knife only, and it says world record, but in the leaderboard doesnt appears any run of that category

I have a question about the psp/dreamcast/gamecube/ps categories, can i do a run using a emulator on those categories? (what happen with uhTrance? he wasn´t mod of this game?, if he´s not will be mod anymore, can i?
