So i actually curious about the problem that i'm dealing with locking 60 fps.When i go some areas of the game my fps drops like crazy. So is it still allowed that my run accepted?

as long as your FPS doesn't pass 60 (sometimes even locked at 60 it will go to 61 for a moment, this hasn't seemed to be a problem) your run should be fine.
