Thought I would share this because I don't think a lot of people know about it. This can be used on Claire A for either NG or NG+ . Credit goes to a player named "Shy" I don't think they're a runner but they found this and shared it with a few people.

Seen a few people do this for the hardcore runs etc but not for NG standard/NG+...I always found it faster personally

Another good thing about doing it this way, no armed zombie seems to do less damage. Usually the next bite when I'm in caution drops me into danger but using this way, I can tank another bite and stay in caution.
