my problem is that the keys do not work on my keyboard (left and top) try to change them by other keys but those keys do not work either and I do not know what to do. thanks for reading: D

Did you try to start a run and your character moves in circles all by himself ? If so, it may be a controller or a USB plug that interferes with your keyboard (happened to me with a USB pedal).
