Definitely slower than the usual strat, for a simple reason : More movements for a final position less closer to the key.

Yet, sharing strats with others speedruners is actually a good thing, even if the strats are not optimal/faster/whatever. :)

I believe Garl has the fastest strat, which is run straight immediately as soon as you gain control, run just past the key then equip your GL and fire 3 shots.

Key part to making this work though, is making sure the Tyrant tries to slash you as you run forward and misses, as it delays him turning.

It's the fastest way indeed. And it can be even faster by mastering the GL quickshot, but good luck with that bullshit. Kappa
