So there is new level 2 but play it can only donators,1 - Did level 2 will be have own category? 2 - Did level 2 speedruns will be before release,or it,s will be when level 2 will be released? (I not very good at grammar so if you something not understand please write about it)

Level 2 will be added once it is fully released. We will convert Level 1 and Level 2 to an IL category.

Level 2 has been publicly released and we are still waiting.

The leaderboards are not in a good spot right now; lots of stuff with level 1 has been changed and the mod team is figuring out what to do about it.
