The first page contains, in this order:

• strategies about movement, skips and tricks for the routes
• list of the slowest lums
• strategies for which lums to skip in each route
• timings of all lums in the game

You'll have to scroll down a lot if you're only interested in a specific part of the guide, but if you're planning to get serious in running any% you should probably read it all.

The second page contains loading time differences between PS2 90k model and epsxe. I don't know which PS2 model loads the fastest for this game. There might be a few seconds differences between PS2 models.
