I've been fooling around with RAC tech for the past couple weeks, and I've noticed I'm not getting as much height as other top runners from all my IJs (clankless, heli-pack, and ground pound cancels). I find that I fall further during my wrench swing then other runners.

I'm not sure if this is linked to me mis-inputting / inputting badly, or if it's because I'm playing on NTSC PS2.

I can upload video if that will help. The main reason I bring this up is because I can't seem to do the NG+ skip on Oltanis. Thanks!

PS3 is faster and skip on Oltanis is same on PS3 but you need the skills to do this

Alright, I'll work trying to find some of those "skills" and, in the meantime, I'll just do the thing I.N. does for Oltanis.

can use the glitch of Any% if it's too hard

do you play in 50hz or 60hz?

also if "the past couple weeks" literally means you've been doing ILJ's for 2 weeks then you answered your own question

it took me around 40 hours to get to the point where I can do ILJ's not even 100% of the time but semi-consistent

NTSC defaults to 60Hz
