Hey, so with the increase in prey modding it has become easier and easier to add a custom cosmetic skin to in game weapons. Should this be allowed in runs?

I should clarify that I am discussing purely cosmetic and texture based mods. Obviously changing any gameplay elements would be highly illegal, as well as adding parts to the model to help with aiming. For example there are mods that simply swap the default texture with other textures that are found in the game, such as the engraved or kasma skins.
