Heres how to get any of the patches off Poppy Playtime Chapter 4!
(DISCLAIMER: You do need a legal copy of this game for this to work)
Go to THIS website and select the patch you want to install by clicking the copy button on the right. If you copied it, a red bar will pop-up. This means you did it correctly, ignore the bar further.
Press Windows + R and type steam://open/console into the box and click OK
Then copy paste this code into the command prompt:
download_depot 3008670 3008670 692859848352034537
When you have something like this (numbers wil be different) you can hit enter. It will now download the game. Wait until the console says downloading is finished.
How to find your game: Go to your steamapps folder and go into content and select the folder that contains your patch number.
