1. You will need a Source Unpack 5135 install. I have not tested this on 3420 or steampipe yet, but it might work there too.

2. Download the COT Speedrun Patch from the Resource section. This speedrun patch removes the completely ridiculous 45 seconds of wait in 01 that we've decided just ruins the experience of running the game. This patch also fixes the GameInfo.txt file.

3. Extract the patch zip file into your main game directory, the same directory where "hl2.exe" is.

4. You should be able to run the "CrumbsOfTruth.bat" file and it should just work!

Note: If you don't trust strange batch files on the internet or you want to preserve your usual startup settings from Portal, copy/paste your "Portal.bat" file, right click, edit, and change the "-game portal" to "-game crumbsoftruth", and save it as a separate bat file and run that instead.
