I am seeming to struggle in chamber 17 everytime I straight through the glass it never works I just hit the glass and don't go through it is there something that I'm doing wrong I have followed XeiZ SC tutorial I'm sure I'm doing it correct and still nothing works can someone help please

If you can't go through the glass, either you shot the wrong portal or you didn't preserve save glitch correctly. You might have gone too close to a portal before entering the elevator, or your shot under the elevator didn't land, or something like that.

Regardless, I'd agree with what Dustin said. 16/17 turret preserve is one of the hardest strats in inbounds. You can learn it if you want, but normally I'd recommend learning it last.
