Run towards blinky. Stand in between the two puddles and wait for him to shoot his tongue. (This is so that the angle of his head will be consistant.) Run up next to his foot and aim between the first and second toe, then hit him in the head. Pause to let his invincibility frames run out, hit him 3 times in total. Land next to his foot and hit him again. Wait for him to jump then hit him two more times the normal way.
