I am trying to speedrun pokemon red using OBS but I am unable to show the window border when recording. Is there anyway to do with with a window capture or do i have to crop the display capture?

Having the entire border show is only one choice of doing runs on emulator. As long as you hard reset before each run, have the text "Reset r747" show, it will still verify. If you want the entire border to show as the other option, just do a trimmed desktop capture
